How Town Project runs
Each team becomes a district and has to design, build and negotiate its way to a working town. Resources are deliberately short, so departments have to trade with one another instead of working alone — which is usually the point of the day.
- Hands-on building with real materials
- Negotiation and trading between teams
- Ends with one shared result, not a winner and losers
- Debrief on collaboration and decision-making
